More than expected
Having used the vehicle valuation service on the website I was surprised to be quoted more than other car buying services. My Mitsubishi ended up making £700 more than originally suggested and a £1000 more than I had been offered elsewhere. Would highly recommend a very quick and easy selling process.
Quick and Simple Process
Firstly I used the online valuation form to gain an idea on what my car was worth. It came back at more than other car selling services that I tried. I was even more shocked once it made £350 more than the guide I was given and £600 more than anyone else had offered. It was a quick and easy process with payment received within 36 hours. Have recommended to others.

After being offered what seemed like a very low price of £300 by a national car buying service I decided to try St Austell Motor Auction. I was absolutely delighted when it ended up making £800 more than previously offered. Very straightforward process with the money received in 48 hours. Highly recommended.

Professional Service
I called on a Tuesday about putting my car into the auction. It all sounded very professional and the process seemed so easy.
I delivered my car to St Austell Bay Motor Auctions on the Friday and on Saturday I saw it was on the web site. The photographs used were great and I got a good price for the vehicle without the hassle and time involved in selling privately.
Altogether an excellent service.

I contacted the guys at St Austell bay to discuss moving a couple of our older vehicles and from start to finish couldn’t fault them, very reasonable price for collection of the vehicles and honest valuation’s given, they arranged for full valeting and made more than expected for them. Staff were more than happy to collect the car from my Dad who was not able to drive the car to the Auction, and made arrangements for documentation to be signed upon collection. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very impressed as it was our first time selling at Auction, will definately be using them again.
